Good health is a key of long, active, enjoyable, and happy life. To keep our body healthy first we should clean up our mind with good thoughts, positive thinking. 

Eat Healthy Meals.

One of the beneficial tips for student we recommend is to start eating healthy food.  Eating healthy food will keep you healthy and as well as your heart will stay healthy.

 To stay hydrated we need to consume at least 3-4 liters of water on regular basis. Water also may help you to get healthy and glowings skin. 

Drink at least 3/4 liters of water daily.

Physically active (sports)

Playing sports will automatically motive you to exercise, and can be an interesting and fun way to keep yourself fit and healthy. Pick Any sports that you like and enjoy playing.

In this stressful life of student where they have burben of education, job, and many more, rest is the most important part for their mind which works on daily bases need to fall in love with sleep so their brain restart and function properly for next whole day.

One hour before going to bed keep your phone aside it will less your eyes stress and burben.
