Case registered on madrasa head for repeatedly raping woman and assaulting sexually on 2 minors

At Andheri, the head of the madrasa a 60 years old man has been accused of repeatedly raping women and sexually assaulting minor girls aged 13 and 14 years. And the identity of the allegedly has been held back by the police. The case was registered by a 38-year-old woman herself victim, she had 2 sons they both were studying at Madrasa in Andheri and she had started working as a maid servent at the house of a man who accused her. She has been working there since 04 May 2023. On 13 May 2023 when she was sleeping, in the middle of the night, this man approached her and forced her to be physical, and when she refused he threatened her that he would harm her sons for not doing things that he asked for.

Do women have been repeatedly raped and blackmailed?

In October 2023, when the woman was about to visit her native place with one of her sons, the accused asked her not to take her son with her and to travel alone to her native place he also demanded that she come to Mumbai with a girl from her native place and he keeps calling her continuously until she comes back. As per the accused demand, she brought a girl of 13 years old with her. When the accused went to Jammu and Kashmir to visit his wife he he returned with 14 year old girl.
After a few days, the girls complained woman that the man behaved inappropriately. So in December the woman complained and asked for help from an NGO. And then the registered case and complaint filed against him on 03 January 2024 under the Indian Penal Code sections 376(2) (repeated rape) and as well as provisions 8 (sexual assault) and 12 (sexual harassment) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act at the DN Nagar police station.
