Disha Salina’s father filed a complaint was filed on the gang rape and murder case of Disha Salina against the MLA of Shiv Sena (UBT) Aditya Thackeray, Aditya Thackeray’s bodyguards and others. To hide the truth the police officer interpreted Salina’s death was by suicide and not murder.

After Disha died on June 8, 2020, by suicide as police said, the case was closed immediately. Nilesh Ojha is Satish Salina’s advocate, as per Nitesh’s information Aditya Thackeray was linked with a drug cartel, as per the official records of NCB. To discuss the FIR filed on the gang rape and murder of Disha Salina, Disha’s father had a meeting with the joint commissioner of police in (crime), Lakhmi Gautam, and formally submit of a 75-page complaint query of an FIR to be registered in gang rape and murder of Disha, along with the cover-up of the case, on Tuesday. Satish Salina Disha Salina’s father had written in his complaint that, his daughter Disha was gang raped by the Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Aditya Thackeray, including his bodyguards and others. The real accused were saved by the police officer who interpreted the case as a death by suicide. The masterminded police officer was Param Bir Singh behind the cover-up. The other accused in the gang rape were dismissed by police inspector Sachin Vaze, and actors Rhea Chakraborty, Dino Mora, and Suraj Pancholi.

Disha’s Death Cases reopening.

After Disha Salina died on June 8, 2020, on jumping off the 14th floor of a residential building in Malad, police said. According to the police, her father had accepted her death by suicide. As in March 2022, Disha’s father filed a complaint against Union Minister Narayan Rane and his son, Nitesh Rane, after they tried to link Aditya Thackeray to Disha’s case. Disha’s father was still in doubt about his daughter’s death. Disha’s father said that Mumbai police had closed the cases so quickly saying it was a suicide from the 14th floor of the building. They did not even set an investigation without studying forensic evidence, or any proof, or eyewitness testimonies. Because of this, Satish Salina had to go to the high court with a reinvestigated petition of Disha’s death. Later on, Satish’s approach to the high court was a major political controversy.
