To decrease cancer risk and help maintain a healthy weight, women should have no more than one drink per day, men two.

Meditation

Meditate. Daily meditation helps reduce stress, improve focus, and promote emotional wellbeing.

Drink more water

Drink plenty of water ... Water is the soul of our body and drinking the required amount of water is essential

Eat more veggies

Consuming veggies and fruits may even reduce your risk of having a stroke, heart disease and other conditions.
